The Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) designation is for practitioners who want to be recognized for their expertise and skills while defining standards and best practices for the industry.
This product pertains to those who hold the CCXP credential. If you are looking to renew your CXPA membership, please visit your account portal and login to find the membership renewal button under 'My Account'.
CCXPs, you may view your current credit submissions, here, and view full recertification requirements on the Maintain Your CCXP page.
After payment, review and approval of your recertification may take 30 - 45 U.S. business days.
Candidates may retake the examination two times within their 6 month exam eligibility period with payment of the fee per each exam retake. Once each retake fee is paid, you will receive an email from CCXP Admin with instructions on how to schedule the exam, within 5 -7 U.S. business days.
