The Customer Experience Strategist is responsible for managing customer experience initiatives and providing subject matter expertise on enterprise projects that impact our customers’ experiences. This role includes documenting, visualizing, and presenting materials that capture the needs, wants, and experiences/journeys of Prime’s key customer types, and making recommendations for high-impact customer experience improvements. This position collaborates within the Customer Experience team and with Marketing, Product Development, Clinical, Operations, and other teams to support the delivery of superior experiences.
