Director of Facilities and Resident Experience
Reporting to the Vice President, the Director, Facilities and Resident Experience is responsible for bringing the GreeneStone brand to life, leading programming, setting the tone and deploying resources to develop and maintain a culture of compassion and service. The Director will influence and oversee the actions, interactions and behaviors of our employees to maintain an exceptional level of resident and employee satisfaction.
The Director represents the voice of the resident, leading the development and implementation of a resident experience program. In addition, the Director is responsible for the oversight and implementation of client relations best practices, and will provide leadership, mentoring, education and policies relating to the consistent interpretation, clarification and application of complaints management.
The Director is responsible for running an effective and efficient operation, with a critical focus on the safety and the overall maintenance of the physical premises. The Director provides direct oversight for the facilities and ancillary services, leading such things as recreational programming (massage, yoga, fitness), food service, administration, housekeeping, grounds, security and maintenance and staying current with the requirements of all inspections (pool, kitchen, building, chemicals, water, etc.).
