Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) is launching a Consumer Experience Management Maturity Program and seeks a seasoned Consumer Experience professional to help advance their improvement and innovation capabilities. This program will building the maturity of the foundational consumer experience management practices: consumer experience strategy, organization design, measurement, design, culture, and program delivery.
