Texas Health Resources is seeking to hire a Product Strategy Consultant This position is responsible for driving digital product and feature priorities across the spectrum of THR's digital and consumer experience, including web, mobile and social. In the quest to maximize user satisfaction and engagement, this position will integrate digital best practices, usability studies, business and consumer needs and benefits, and market analysis into digital product requirements. This position will leverage web metrics and consumer data to drive decision making and strategy results in highly effective, and continuously improving, digital applications.
HOURS:
Full Time: 40 hours per week
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Digital related field required.
Bachelor's Degree in Product Management preferred.
Minimum Certification Requirements:
Certified Customer Experience Professional or Certified Product Manager preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
3 years of Digital Product experience required.
3 years of Consumer experience preferred.
Minimum Skill Requirements:
Must have demonstrated success of leading digital application and capability strategy and execution from concept to launch.
Previous experience using metrics and voice of the customer feedback to understand how customers interact with digital applications for their needs and make informed decisions on enhancements to increase adoption, engagement, satisfaction and task accomplishment.
Ability to lead, influence and inspire cross-functional groups.
Detail oriented; able to care for multiple tasks and priorities.
Have an entrepreneurial mindset, bias for action and a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
Strong technical understanding of digital technologies and trends.
Have an analytical orientation and possess strong problem-solving skills, demonstrated by the ability to structure an issue and analyze alternative solutions.
Possess well-developed business judgment which permits the creation of meaningful insight from potentially disparate findings. The ability to think creatively and across the enterprise about solutions is a key success factor in the role.
Demonstrate a passion for ownership through a track record of successfully achieving results in a complex work environment. Tenacity and resourcefulness are essential.
Have strong project management skills, including a proven ability to think end-to-end, establish priorities, manage long-term projects, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Have strong communications (written/verbal) and presentation skills.
JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze the external marketplace, customers, competitors and technology trends to stay abreast of a rapidly changing product management landscape.
Identify and prioritize potential new digital application and enhancement opportunities based on customer feedback and leading trends in the marketplace.
Understand consumer needs and business priorities to define the vision and objectives for the product supported. Develop deep customer understanding, particularly around how customers use various digital channels for their needs throughout the customer journey and then identify new innovative solutions to solve unmet customer needs. Own customer/feature prioritization across the customer experience and actively contribute to technology prioritization to drive the highest value for customers.
Develop capabilities and product development road-maps.
Identify and track key success metrics (e.g., adoption, usage, task accomplishment and customer satisfaction) for the application and utilize the consumer metrics to make informed decisions and ensure the application is meeting defined objectives.
Collaborate on user experience and development with our user experience (UX), internal and external teams, help remove roadblocks for the development team, and be the go-to person for business decisions on a project.
Participates in special projects and/or performs other duties as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned.
