Summary:
The Senior/Lead Architect will lead and manage all activities in the client journey room for their designated Line of Business. This job exists to review and document the end-to-end client journeys across multiple processes and channels to better understand the client experience, identify friction in the process, and make recommendations for client experience improvements. Strong collaboration and partnership between channel and process owners will create a unified client experience. The Lead/Senior Architect will in time have a team of architects under them who, using Agile Processes, will lead end-to-end client journey investigations, base lines, re-design and co-creating with a variety of cross-functional team to deliver best in class, client centric experiences.
In collaboration with Human centric design: redesigns client journeys informed by human center- and zero based- design while driving client research to support best digital outcomes
