Job Description:
The Director, Customer Experience Consulting, will join a team of consultants dedicated to helping Confirmit customers grow their CX programs to maturity, enabling transformational change that optimizes customer and employee experience while maximizing business goals.
Reporting to the VP, Customer Experience Consulting - Americas, the Director contributes to the growth and strength of the company in three primary areas: Consulting Design and Delivery, Sales Support, and Thought Leadership.
Sales Support: Primary activities will include prospect and client calls to provide CX point of view, industry knowledge and consulting support both internally and externally; includes team-selling strategy and RFP support.
Consulting Design and Delivery: Primary activities will include pre- and post-sales CX program assessments, strategy development, client workshops, VoC program design, and development of additional consulting services as necessary.
