Hughes Network Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Manager – Customer Experience. This position, located at our Gaithersburg, MD office, focuses on Customer Experience escalation practices, designed to identify problem trends driving the resolution back to the source. This role involves interactions with engineering, customer care, billing, systems design and quality control.
