Title: Customer Service Delivery Director

Summary of Duties:
The Customer Service Delivery Director plans and provides leadership for implementation of integrated customer engagement and communications initiatives that improve and enhance perceptions and experiences of customers and communities. He/she is responsible for overseeing administration and field productivity of the Customer Service Department and assists the Field Services Manager [FSM] in achieving goals and objectives of both the Customer Service and Field Services Departments.
