Job Description:

A Closer Look is seeking an ambitious and focused Sales Account Executive who will identify and market to potential hotel and restaurant customers, determine their needs, and recommend appropriate solutions within our available suite of services. A Closer Look sales executives sell mystery shopping, web survey, and market research solutions. Our customers are owners, C-Level, VP-Level, and D-Level decision makers working in areas of operations, training, marketing, and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• College degree (sales/marketing/business preferred)
• High level of computer proficiency and skilled use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to devote a full-time, 40-hour work week
• Desire/ability to generate earned commissions
• Previous sales, business development, or account management experience
• Experience selling or managing customer feedback programs 
• Detailed oriented with CRM experience 
• Ability to pass a background check

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Researching and prospecting potential leads
• Cold calling and emailing prospects
• Creating and sending promotional marketing campaigns to prospects
• Developing strong business relationships with business owners and C-Level decision makers
• Creating and delivering compelling presentations and demoing A Closer Look’s reporting platform
• Working closely with the Director of Sales to prepare detailed sales proposals
• Networking through social media, tradeshows/conventions, and participating in local organizations/events

Benefits Include:

• Base salary commensurate to experience + uncapped commission compensation structure
• Health Insurance will be provided for you with premiums paid at 100% after 90 days of continuous employment
• You will receive 12 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) in year 1 of employment. From years 2-5, you will receive 13 days of PTO per year. From years 6-10, you will receive 18 days of PTO per year. After 10 years of service, you will receive 23 PTO days per year
• Profit Sharing plan eligibility after 12 months of employment with a lump sum payment deposited into that fund at the end of each year based on annual profit distribution.
