Your Job
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join the Customer Experience & Market Intelligence team and actively contribute towards our journey to make our customer experiences second to none. Specifically, we are looking for a data-savvy professional who can also communicate the value of customer experience through storytelling, compelling presentations and dashboards targeted to specific audiences within Intact Financial Corporation (IFC).

Responsibilities:
As part of the IFC Marketing team, reporting to the VP, Customer Experience & Market Intelligence, you’ll support and drive our group’s mandate to deliver customer experiences that are second to none. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Data Analysis:
Performing complex analytics and statistical modelling on larger data sets to show return on investment
Thought Leadership:
Expanding our approach to text analytics (sentiment tuning and categorization from various qualitative sources)
Relationship Management:
Developing and providing training documentation and support to the business related to measuring customer experience across key metrics
