Silicon Valley Bank is seeking a Customer Experience professional to join the team responsible for representing the voice of the client in decision-making and for designing compelling client experiences across channels and touch-points to improve business and client outcomes.
Client Experience is a top priority for SVB, we are looking for an individual passionate about improving the end to end experience to join our growing team.
