Position Overview
The Senior Director, Client Experience enhances and oversees our client experience journey towards becoming the leading community bank in our market area. The Senior Director, Client Experience provides guidance to business leaders throughout the organization to identify changes necessary to improve products, programs, customer service and business processes through all channels including face to face, over the phone, digital, etc. In addition, the Senior Director, Client Experience will be instrumental in partnering with the digital banking teams to ensure the digital experience is at par with our face to face level of superior client service; must be experienced in utilizing data analytics, client journey mapping and other industry tools to bring meaningful insights to uncover and prioritize improvement opportunities. Must think creatively and dare to be a voice for the client in the face of competing priorities.
