MANAGER, CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT (XA5515)
About The Position
Manager Customer Engagement is responsible for the overall strategy of multi- channel, multi-tier addressable communications campaigns (Email, Direct Mail, SMS, and Telephone and overseeing the market research team). Manager Customer Engagement will work with communications planners and segment managers to build, refine, automate, and optimize campaign strategy and programs.
Key responsibilities include:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant degree required. Seven or more years of experience in database messaging and running customer-focused campaigns end-to-end is required. Five years of experience with voice of the customer programs is preferred. Three years of experience with multi-channel campaign management software is required. Three years’ experience executing campaigns using various communication channels including: e-mail, text, contact center, direct mail, etc. is required. Three or more years of supervisory or project management experience is required. Experience with IT project implementation is preferred.
In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
Ability to lead a team of highly skilled employees. Knowledge of campaign management technology, database platforms, and a background in communication/messaging strategy and/or data analysis. Demonstrated ability to apply advance analytics to solve business problems. Strong understanding of marketing programs and direct marketing campaigns. Advanced knowledge of relational databases specifically data marts. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal) with campaign planners and managers to understand campaign requirements. Advanced presentation skills (PowerPoint). Must be solution-oriented, proactive, and creative to move the business forward. Ability to adapt to a very fluid marketing environment, accept challenges, and work proactively on marketing initiatives. Ability to interpret research data and present technical information with clarity and persuasiveness.
