DESCRIPTION This senior leadership role will provide leadership and coordination of the company’s sales and marketing functions. Marketing oversight to include product evolution, thought leadership, brand building and demand generation. Business Development to include account pursuit strategy, relationship cultivation and revenue generation. The individual will determine effective marketing and sales strategies, guide and mentor inside sales resources and monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals. The role requires some travel and excellent organizational, interpersonal, visioning, creative and persuasive skills.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business, along with 8-10 years’ sales experience in the market research or customer experience sector, with ability to demonstrate consistent success in demand generation, building qualified pipeline and accelerating revenue growth.
Preference: Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
