Job Description
Kyrio, a subsidiary of CableLabs, is seeking a full- time Customer Experience Manager to join our rapid growing team! A successful candidate will have proven customer relationship development, customer support, reliability, great attention to detail, outstanding communications skills, a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, and a willingness to accept ownership for a diverse range of duties. This role is focused on ensuring and maturing the customer journey and the customer experience for each transaction they make, regardless of which product or service they consume.
