The Senior Director, Strategic Consulting is a key role in driving high value for organizations by enabling them to use the insights generated by technology and research solutions to drive real changes within the business which lead to tangible financial results. This role provides sales support for consulting services & CX strategy and program design, delivers consulting services solutions across all 5 global business units, and manages the overall consulting services operation (resourcing, delivery partnerships, quality assurance, etc.). This role could require up to 50% travel during peak times.
This position will be responsible for oversight of the consulting services solutions operation to include:
· Sales support for CX strategy development, program design, and consulting services. Sales support includes CCT SME support, prospect presentations/meetings, SOW and contracting.
· Development and maintenance of consultative solutions, including:
o Organizational CX Assessments (CXEvolution)
o Customer Journey Mapping
o Organizational Blueprinting
o Action Planning
o CX Governance
o Experience Design
o CX Program Design Workshops
o CX Thought Leadership Publications
· Overseeing the resources for delivery and leading the delivery of these solutions with clients. Oversight includes managing our execution partnerships and independent contractor networks
· Alignment of global solution methodologies and development/delivery of training for consulting services solutions
· Support of the creation of marketing collateral, sales tools, case studies, etc. for all consulting services solutions
· Development and delivery of thought leadership, including webcasts, whitepapers, blogs and business articles
· Consultation with MCX partners in CX solution design strategy for prospects and clients
Professional Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree Minimum (preferably in Business)
· Extensive work with or in an internal or external client-facing business setting
· Evidence of depth of work in MCX strategic, target industries
· Strong executive presence, including the ability to consult with and counsel C-Level professionals
· Very strong presentation & facilitation skills
· Strong financial acumen
· Evidence of an ability to apply systems thinking
· Evidence of a high level analytical and critical thinking skills
· Extensive knowledge of customer experience and/or market research concepts, principles and applications
