Job Summary:
Serves as the key point person to promote the SMSC Gaming Enterprise's vision as it relates to the Guest Experience. Advocates on behalf of guests with respect to product design, use and delivery. Maps our guest's journey/experience, collects feedback as it relates to a guest's experience, analyzes the feedback, and shares the results and recommendations with the wider organization. Provide operating divisions and departments, as well as executive management, critical Voice of the Guest information.
The GX Initiative Leader will collaborate closely with operating management teams to improve GX results.
Budget/Asset Responsibilities:
Responsible for forecasting, developing and maintaining company-wide operational and capital expenditures related to our GX efforts. Collaborates with and influences operating departments to develop operational and capital budgets that support the optimal guest experiences. Protects and controls assets ensuring adherence to company policies and all tribal, state and federal regulations. Works with Senior Executives to ensure that our service and experience delivery is creating a positive revenue and operating income impact.
